This course covers work and heat transfer; the study of classical thermodynamics approach to closed systems and control volumes; properties and processes of gases and vapors; zeroth, first, and second laws of thermodynamics for closed systems and control volumes; entropy; thermodynamic power and refrigeration/heat pump cycles.
