AGRN 423 Plant Nutrition and Soil FertilityCredit 3 Honors This course provides an advanced study of the interrelationships between soil type, mineralogy, pH, soil nutrients, and other nutritional aspects related to plant growth, development and production. The availability and supply of micro and macro nutrients in soil, as affected by the environment, and the use of organic and inorganic fertilizers on plant growth and nutrition will be a major focus. Prerequisite(s): PLSC 184 , PLSC 185 and SOIL 203 or permission of instructor. This course is cross-listed with AGRN 653.
