TMGT 410 Tourism Geography

Students will become conversant in the history, culture and geography of world-class tourism destinations, with an emphasis on four of the top five world tourism destination countries of France, Spain, Italy, China, the United States…and additionally Britain. Four of these countries are home to top world cuisines. Information on UNESCO World Heritage Sites and wine-growing regions will be integrated into the course material.
