BIOL 231 Human Anatomy and Physiology ICredit 3 This course provides an introduction to the structure and function of the human body. Topics included are chemistry and the cell, integument, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems. This course may be used as a Biology Program Elective for credit toward the Biology major - General/Allied Health and Ecology tracks. This course is comprised of three hours of lecture per week. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 111 /BIOL 113 , BIOL 112 /BIOL 114 ) or BIOL 118 /BIOL 120 for allied health program students (grade of C or higher). This course may not be used as a Biology Program Elective for credit toward the Biology major. Corequisite(s): BIOL 233 if not completed with a grade of C or higher.
