EXSC 111 Personal Health and Fitness in Diverse Social ContextsCredit 3 This course studies the principles and practices that affect human health within diverse social contexts. This course focuses how factors such as physical fitness, stress management, nutrition, and socio-economic status impact individual health outcomes. Students engage in physical fitness activities and laboratory exercises while critically examining the intersections of identity, health, and social justice.
