NUDT 475 Senior PracticumCredit 4 This course involves experiential learning through field placement designed to allow students to observe and practice the role of a nutrition practitioner in a health care setting. Students will have experiences in community, clinical, and food service domains. One hundred and twenty clock hours are required.
