The School of Pharmacy and Health Professions (SPHP) is committed to preparing graduates who are able to collaborate with other health professionals in an effort to eliminate health disparities and achieve health equity . Our commitment is consistent with the university’s mission of meeting the health care needs of the Eastern Shore, the state, the nation, and the world.

The School of Pharmacy and Health Professions consists of six academic departments: Kinesiology, Pharmacy Practice and Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, and Rehabilitation Services. Undergraduate programs include Exercise Science, Sport Management, Rehabilitation Services, and Rehabilitation Psychology. Graduate programs include masters’ degrees in Physician Assistant Studies, Rehabilitation Counseling and Pharmaceutical Sciences and doctoral degrees in Physical Therapy (DPT) , Pharmaceutical Sciences (PhD), and Pharmacy (PharmD).
