Emphasis is on union-management relations and their effect upon personnel programs and economic and legal analysis of the union/management activities: collective bargaining trade agreements, strikes, boycott and lock-out; arbitration, mediation and conciliation, company unions, employee representation, and injunctions. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing.
