This course focuses on accounting practices, concepts, principles, and legal and ethical issues in the hospitality industry. The accounting cycle, adjusting entries, corporate transactions, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements are emphasized. Prerequisite(s): HRM Department Major or Minor, or PGA Golf Management Program Major, Curriculum Area II (ECON 201 or ECON 202 ), and Curriculum Area IV (Mathematics) requirements must be met.
