This course provides an understanding of managerial behavior in an organizational setting. It explores individual attitudes and behavior in interpersonal and intra-group relationships, with the specific goal of improving awareness, perception, and understanding of one’s own and others’ points of view and behavior. Prerequisite(s): BUAD 302 with a grade of ‘C’ or better.
