BIOL 118 Introduction to Biology for Allied Health ProgramsCredit 3 This course is designed to provide an introduction to college level biology for students majoring in Allied Health related fields who are required to take Human Anatomy and Physiology to meet program requirements. It covers the scientific method, cell structure and energetics, respiration, reproduction, genetics, homeostasis and basic physiology. Co-enrollment in BIOL 120: Introduction to Biology for Allied Health Programs Lab is expected. This course does NOT count towards any major programs in the School of Agricultural and Natural Sciences. Co-requisites: BIOL 120 . Corequisite(s): BIOL 120
