CMTE 320 Building StructuresCredit 3 This course will cover common building structural systems including wood, steel, concrete and masonry. Construction Management students will gain a conceptual understanding of the basic principles of structural systems and how these systems perform, as well as, a familiarity with the components, sizes, connections, methods of assembly, resistance, building codes and other factors affecting their application in buildings. Prerequisite(s): CMTE 319
