This course examines the importance of customer relationship management in the hospitality industry. Discussions explore strategies for meeting and exceeding customer expectations, developing customer service recovery programs, aligning organizational values with customer-centric initiatives and employees’ engagement, and developing strategies to recruit, hire, train, and retain service-minded hospitality professionals.
