HMGT 410 Revenue Management

This course provides a comprehensive study of the analysis of crucial internal performance measures forecasting demand and pricing and using occupancy and revenue to evaluate the results of operational or managerial decision-making. This course emphasizes the use of several revenue management models: Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (REVPAR), Gross Operating Profit per Available Room GOPPAR), Total Revenue per Available Room (TRevPAR), and Revenue per Available Customer (RevPAC). Prerequisite(s): Hospitality and Tourism Management, B.S.  or PGA Golf Management, B.S.  major, FMGT 301  , HMGT 340  , Curriculum Area II (Economics), and Curriculum Area IV (Mathematics) requirements must be met.
