Introduction to fundamentals of fluid mechanics as applied to biomedical systems. Topics include fluid properties, fluid statics, conservation of mass, momentum and energy as it applies to biomedical systems. Integral and differential analysis of biological flows applicable in human physiology and biotechnology. Prerequisite(s): PHYS 161   ENGE 260   and MATH 241   w/ c or better
