EXSC 223 Thai Chi Foundations for Health and Well-being

The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in martial arts, Tai Chi has evolved over centuries to become a gentle, therapeutic, and holistic practice beneficial to both mental and physical health. Throughout this course, students will explore the foundational postures and sequences of Tai Chi, enhancing not only physical stamina and flexibility but also achieving mental relaxation and clarity.
