BIOL 431 MammalogyCredit 4 This course provides a detailed investigation of mammalian biology, with emphasis on special physiological and ecological adaptations within the group. Topics of discussion include classification, physiological adaptations, ecological specializations and biogeography of mammals. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 111 (grade of C or higher) and BIOL 211 , or permission of the instructor. This course is comprised of three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week. Laboratory fee required.
